This live edge walnut floating desk was inspired by Japanese woodworking joinery, George Nakashima and Poul Cadovius.  The drawer fronts are quarter sawn white oak which give a beautifully elegant contrast to the dark walnut.  The brackets are inspired by Cadovius’ wall systems.  There are many details in these pieces and carefully thought out proportions.  Please use the contact form …
